We provide a pickup and delivery service to all areas of Melbourne to home/office/apartment All animals are transported in air conditioned comfort.

Note we only pick up/drop off  during business hours Monday to Friday

Drop off's are usually made in the morning, and pick-ups in the afternoon.

Key points to remember

• Do not feed your animal on day of collection.
• We will provide a meal once your pet is settled into their suite.
• The owner of the pet or responsible person must be present at the premises of pick-up to sign all necessary paperwork and receive the pets when they are returned
• Book well in advance
